Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Business Transformation in delivering firm‑wide transformation initiatives, including CRM, Portfolio Management System (PMS), and Mobile App implementations
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across business teams and external vendors, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are actively managed
  • Assist in documenting and embedding clear roles, ownership, and ways of working across teams impacted by new systems and process changes
  • Support process simplification and improvement initiatives across client onboarding, reporting, and servicing
  • Help identify and reduce manual workarounds, spreadsheet reliance, and duplicated processes
  • Support business‑led technology governance, including vendor coordination, issue tracking, and escalation support
  • Prepare materials for steering discussions, decision points, and senior management updates
  • Assist with change enablement activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training preparation, communications, and adoption tracking

 

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in business analyst, project management, operations, change delivery or similar roles
  • Experience supporting system implementations such as CRM, portfolio systems, or business platforms
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a lean environment
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and external vendors
  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and change rollout activities
  • Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, or reporting
  • Experience in data analytics, data manipulation, or management reporting

Nice to Have

  • Process improvement experience (e.g. Lean, continuous improvement methodologies)
  • Exposure to AI or automation use cases in business operations or reporting
  • Exposure to financial services, private wealth, asset management, or regulated environments is a plus
