Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering a warm, professional, and polished front-of-house experience
  • Manage daily reception operations, including greeting guests, handling inquiries and phone calls, and taking accurate messages
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics to ensure smooth office operations
  • Handle mail and courier services efficiently
  • Support office hospitality by maintaining the pantry, preparing and serving refreshments, and assisting with internal events
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional reception and pantry area
  • Provide general administrative support and assist other departments with ad hoc tasks as required

 


 

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in administration, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in reception, front desk, hospitality, office administration, or other customer-facing roles (candidates with strong potential and a positive attitude are also welcome)
  • Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Service-oriented with a friendly, welcoming demeanor and a strong team player mindset
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of pantry upkeep and refreshments service; willingness to support simple kitchen duties and office events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using standard office equipment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
